Intrusive Thoughts

HOCD
An HOCD course helps you manage distressing thoughts about your sexual orientation. Learn about cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques, specifically tailored to address HOCD.

Anxiety
An anxiety course provides you with tools and techniques to manage anxiety symptoms. You’ll learn about the nature of anxiety, its physiological and psychological effects, and coping strategies like relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness.

Panic Attacks
A panic attack course equips you with skills to manage and overcome these sudden episodes of intense fear. You’ll learn to recognise the physical and psychological symptoms, understand the cycle of panic, and apply techniques to regain control during an attack.
