Like many people, you might be working hard. You might even enjoy the amount of work that you do – but, and this is a big but.
You will feel the burn, if you do not have enough resources to cope with the demands of your day
So many of the things that you do on a daily basis, you will do automatically. This includes what you do in the morning before you go to work, how you get to work, how you feel, what you think, and whether you stress out and worry.
These are all your “automatic pilot” mode.
Like many other people, if you are feeling “wired” you need to step out of automatic pilot and take a good hard look at how you are operating.
You need to make changes, to go from “wired” to “chilled.” Sort of like re-wiring your head to stroll through your day in a different way, as opposed to leaving you feeling like you are hanging on by your finger nails.
Whether you are stressed, or burned out, whether your stress comes from work, or not being able to switch off, it’s time to give yourself an overhaul.
If you are serious about taking control, and not being pulled along by your autopilot, then it’s time to look at your brain!
You don’t have to sign up for sessions with your local shrink. In this technological age, there is no need for that anymore.
