As a psychologist I can answer all questions you have, but particularly welcome those relating to stress and anxiety. This can include specific or general questions.
Young mums and parents: This can create anxiety for some parents, including excessive worrying about your children. If you want some answers, I will do my best to provide you with them.
Students starting college or taking exams, feel free to get in touch with concerns or worries you may have about managing your stress.
Work related stress: All areas relating to this can be answered
Relationship problems will be answered.
